  • First of all go to settings.
  • Now scroll down and find all Apps, from the list of apps tap on settings.
  • Now there you can see clear data, if you didn't find that because of newer android version then watch my video, you will be able to find that.
  • Tap on clear data and force stop the application.
  • Again go to Settings Storage from the App list.
  • And again clear all the data and for this also force stop the application.

Now this will fix this "Unfortunately Settings has Stopped Working" on Android phone.

Before getting started be sure that there is correct date and time on your phone because sometime wrong date and time will cause many errors on our phone. Now, after you are sure that date and time are correct on your phone now we have to clear all the data of cache of Google Play Store.

How To Clear All Data of Google Play Store ?
  • Go To Settings and scroll down and tap on Apps.
  • Now tap on all Apps and there you can see a list of apps that are installed on your phone.
  • Now from the list select Google Play Store.
  • Tap on "Clear Data", this will clear all the data of the app including app. If you have older version of Android then you may need to clear cache also.
  • Now we have to do same with Google Play Services.
  • From the list of apps go to Google Play Service and clear all the data of Google Play services.

Now this will solve App Can't Install Error Code -18 on Google Play Store. You may try to download and install app on your device.
